Whether you're submitting Admin Verification or Business Verification, use this resource to ensure the documentation you submit meets Meta's requirements.
Admin Verification
You need to provide a photo of your government issued ID (e.g. driver's license or passport)
TIP: make sure all four corners of the ID are in frame
TIP: take the photo on a flat surface with a dark background
TIP: use stickers or tape to hide sensitive information; avoid digital modification
TIP: make sure required information is legible and matches the information provided on your submission
Business Verification
You need to provide your organization's legal name, phone number, and address. Meta will search third party databases to verify those details.
If Meta can't verify these details, they will ask you for supporting documents like a business license that include your:
- Business name (full legal name)
- Business address
- Tax ID
Meta may also need to ask for additional documentation with your business phone and email if they cannot verify those details.
If you don't know where to find these documents, reach out to the person or team in charge of functions like legal or finance.
If your submission is rejected, you can either re-submit with additional documentation or complete Admin Verification.
